My wife and I recently purchased our first property and decided that it needed a full refurbishment which included a loft conversion and new central heating system. We wanted a more open plan feel to the property and an additional bedroom, with en suit in the loft.

Scott and his team were extremely reliable and conscientious throughout the renovation and showed excellent workmanship skills. It is so refreshing to see great tradesmen so happy going about their work and so very courteous throughout the time they were with us. Every evening, before they left, they cleared the site of debris and vacuumed thoroughly so that it was tidy for us.

When the renovations were complete we couldn’t have been happier with the results. The property looks like a show home from a magazine and has increased in value higher than we originally thought it would.

There was no fuss whatsoever, Scott and his team left us each day with a clean and tidy space. We are left with a great, good looking and robust, quality product, and as a result invited Scott back to build us a bespoke bed with storage beneath. He has also totally transformed our entire downstairs by sanding back and varnishing our old floor.
